The U.S. Marshals Service, along with federal, state, and local partner agencies, led Operation We Will Find You 2, a six-week national operation from May 20 to June 24, 2024. The operation resulted in the recovery and location of 200 critically missing children, including endangered runaways and those abducted by noncustodial persons. With technical assistance from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), 123 children were removed from dangerous situations, and 77 were found in safe locations.
